Dear Parents

  1. The admission process for the Academic Session 2025‒26 has begun in Rishikulam. Admission will be granted from Pre-Nursery  to 9th Class & 11th Class (Art & Commerce) for the academic session of 2025‒26.
  2. The Offline Entrance Examination will be conducted on Sunday 19th January 2025 at 10:00 A.M & 2nd on 16th Feb 2024.
  3. It is must for the students to arrive at Rishikulam Gurukul Vidyapeeth Gurugram at sharp 9:00A.M on the day of Examination.  
  4. Download the Syllabus for the Entrance Exam, Fee Structure & Instructions Brochure of Rishikul Gurukul Vidyapeeth Gurugram from our website rishikulamgurugram.in/.
  5. The last date to fill up the Registration Form is 18th  JAN 2025 for Jan exam and 15 Feb for 2nd exam. Registration fee to fill the form is ₹ 1100.
  6. Upload the latest Coloured photograph. Signature of the student on the printed Registration Form is must.
  7. Parents are required to fill the details properly like Student Name, Date of Birth, Parents Name and Address as per the documents. Details once filled in registration form will not be changed at any rate. It should be according to the T.C. (Transfer Certificate) of last attended school. The admission of your ward will stand cancelled if any wrong information is found in the Registration form. 
  8. It is not allowed to repeat the same class. If it comes to our notice at later stage, the admission of your ward will be cancelled without any consideration.
  9. The result of the Entrance Test will be announced on Saturday 27th January 2025 by  5:00 P.M. which will be communicated through Parents registered  whatsapp no.
  10. Counselling for Selected Students will be conducted from Monday 28th January 2025 to 10th March 2025 (9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M). The selected students must carry their  documents along with them.
  11. The seat of your child will be reserved after passing the counselling & depositing fees. Otherwise, the seat will be granted to others.
  12. All the rights to make necessary changes will be reserved in the hands of administration of Rishikhulam Gurukul  Gurugram in case of emergency.

पंजीकरण फार्म भरने से पहले निम्नलिखित दिशा‒निर्देशों को ध्यान से पढ़ें।

  1. ऋषिकुल गुरुकुल विद्यापीठ गुरुग्राम में सत्र 2025‒26 के लिए प्रवेश प्रक्रिया आरंभ हो गई है।  शैक्षणिक-सत्र 2025-26 के लिए प्री-नर्सरी/प्रवेशिका  से 9वीं कक्षा और 11वीं कक्षा (Arts & Commerce) में प्रवेश दिए जाएंगे।
  2. प्रवेश परीक्षा रविवार, 19 जनवरी , 2024 को सुबह 10 बजे  आयोजित की जाएगी और दूसरी प्रवेश परीक्षा 16 फरवरी रविवार को आयोजित की जाएगी ।
  3. प्रवेश परीक्षा के दिन छात्र प्रातः 10.00 बजे तक ऋषिकुल गुरुकुल विद्यापीठ  में अवश्य पहुँच जाएं।
  4. ऋषिकुल गुरुकुल  गुरुग्राम  का विवरण rishikulamgurugram.in/  पर जाकर देख सकते हैं।
  5. जनवरी परीक्षा के लिए पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरने की अंतिम तिथि 18 जनवरी 2024 और दूसरी परीक्षा के लिए 18 फरवरी है।। पंजीकरण शुल्क 1100 रूपये निर्धारित है।
  6. पंजीकरण फॉर्म पर छात्र की नवीनतम रंगीन फोटो (Colour Photo) अपलोड करें व (Printed)पंजीकरण फॉर्म पर छात्र के हस्ताक्षर आवश्यक हैं। 
  7. अभिभावकगण पंजीकरण फॉर्म में सभी जानकारियाँ सही भरें और बच्चे का नाम, जन्मतिथि, अपना नाम तथा घर का पता आदि दस्तावेजों के अनुसार ही भरें। एक बार पंजीकरण फॉर्म में जानकारी भरने के बाद विवरण बदला नहीं जाएगा। पंजीकरण फॉर्म में भरी गई जानकारी आपके पिछले स्कूल के T.C. (Transfer Certificate) के अनुसार होनी चाहिए । पंजीकरण फॉर्म में कोई भी गलत जानकारी पाए जाने पर आपके बच्चे का प्रवेश रद्द माना जाएगा।
  8. एक ही कक्षा को दोहराने की अनुमति नहीं है। यदि बाद में हमारे संज्ञान में यह आता है, तो आपके बच्चे का प्रवेश बिना किसी विचार के रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।
  9. प्रवेश परीक्षा का परिणाम शनिवार 27 जनवरी 2025 को सुबह 10:00 बजे घोषित किया जाएगा। जिसे माता-पिता के पंजीकृत व्हाट्सएप नंबर के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाएगा।
  10. चयनित विद्यार्थियों की काऊंसलिंग (Counselling) 28 जनवरी 2025 से 10 मार्च 2025 तक सुबह 9 बजे से दोपहर 4 बजे तक ऋषिकुल गुरुकुल  गुरुग्राम  में की जाएगी। प्रवेश परीक्षा में चयनित छात्र काऊंसलिंग (Counselling) के समय Documents को अवश्य साथ लायें।
  11. काऊंसलिंग (Counselling) परीक्षा पास करने और फीस उसी समय जमा करवाने के बाद ही आपके बच्चे की सीट आरक्षित मानी जाएगी अन्यथा सीट किसी दूसरे बच्चे को दे दी जाएगी।
  12. आपातकालीन स्थिति में किसी भी निर्णय को बदलने का अधिकार ऋषिकुल गुरुकुल  गुरुग्राम  प्रबंधक समिति के पास सुरक्षित रहेगा।
